out of 5 starsI called Gerardo and a few other roofers to get an estimate for a new roof. He was the first to call me back. Others called me back but never followed up. Gerardo quoted us a price for a shingle and metal roof. His price seemed fair so I didn’t wait for others. When we had made up our minds to move forward, Gerardo and I agreed on a date to start. This was important because I had to come from out of town to be present for the work. In the end I probably didn’t have to do this because Gerardo and his team did excellent work and helpful with suggestions throughout the job. The house was over a hundred years old so I knew there would be issues to deal with. Gerardo and his partner did an excellent job of helping me understand what adjustments I might want to do to accomplish my expectations for our finished roof. His team did an excellent job and worked skillfully and independently when Gerardo had to be away for material errands and such. They kept the job site very clean while working and were fastidious in picking up waste materials and especially errant nails. The two days he was on site for our roof he was there 5 minutes before 8 o’clock each day. Some of his guys were even there a half hour early. We very much appreciated his timeliness as it is so hard to find today. I will be doing additional work with Gerardo and his associates in the future. out of 5 starsAll I can say about Gerardo and his team is that they did an outstanding job! Gerardo gave us a fair price on replacing two roofs, and one roof was very difficult with steep mansards. He was very thorough with detailed pictures of the entire process from ripping the old roofs off to the completion of the new ones. They started on the day they said and finished quickly and efficiently. I highly suggest you reach out to them for all your rod repairs and replacements! See more See less

out of 5 starsI put out a project request on Yelp, and they matched me with 6 roofers. Alliance was the best price for the scope of work. They did my entire roof, and everything was superbly done. I highly recommend them. The process was easy. I needed my roof redone quickly. I put out the request on Monday. Gerardo had my quote on Wednesday. I accepted the contract on Thursday. They came out Saturday, and I had a new roof by that evening. The day of the installation, Gerardo kept me updated with pictures, and let me know about any plywood that needed to be changed. They cleaned up to the point that you couldn't even tell they were there. I am rarely at my own home, and Gerardo was very easy to schedule with. He met me before and after the job, and answered every question. Even though you see it every day, no one is going to remember a roof, but you will remember how people treated you. Throughout the projects, Gerardo was always very communicative. He wants to make sure his customers are 100% satisfied. To date, Gerardo has performed 3 major jobs at our home: 1) installed a new roof on the boathouse, which included replacing rotten plywood and rebuilding my deteriorated weather vane. His crew repainted all the trim and doors as well. 2) replaced the multi-leveled roof on our three story home after some significant storm damage. 3) identified and replaced rotten cedar siding on my home, then primed & painted, and coordinated the installation of seamless gutters.
