Gerardo and Alliance Roofing and Repair saved my sanity. Amazing company that I wish I would have found sooner. I originally had this roof replaced by the top rated company on Google and in my area in 2024. What I was left with was a complete disaster. Gerardo worked with me and listen to me. He, his partner and his crew did an amazing job. They respected my daily start time of 8 am because I am a shift worker. They respected my home. From start to clean up they are top tier. The clean up was so thorough they even rehung a hummingbird feeder that was left on the ground (not from them). I can promise you this is the company you want for your roof.

Alliance Roofing responded quickly to call. They tarped my roof until installation. The customer service was great. Questions were answered and business is conducted professionally. They arrived at 7:15 and work was completed same day. Clean up and haul away. I am extremely satisfied with my new roof. I highly recommend.

I was having a few issues with my roof and didn’t know who to call. Fortunately I found Alliance Roofing on Yelp. Gerardo was great. He contacted me promptly and was very pleasant to work with. He came out and we developed a plan. In a couple of days his crew came out did a great job taking care of my issues.

After purchasing our 100-year-old fixer-upper, we knew the roof was far past its time. Alliance Roofing completed a full roof replacement on our home and garage, along with gutter replacement, dormer repair, and fascia repairs. The crew was professional, friendly, and very respectful of our home. My elderly, disabled mother lives with me, and they treated her with genuine kindness and patience, which meant more than I can say. These guys are fantastic! Very fast, even on a black metal roof with temps in the 90s. Everyone was very polite, even made sure that every scrap and screw was taken with them. A new roof and chimney removed in just one day! Price was reasonable and well worth the quality and service.

Had some missing shingles and was matched with a few businesses. Alliance came out assessed damage and supplied a quote by later that day. I called Gerardo and a few other roofers to get an estimate for a new roof. He was the first to call me back. Others called me back but never followed up. Gerardo quoted us a price for a shingle and metal roof. His price seemed fair so I didn’t wait for others. When we had made up our minds to move forward, Gerardo and I agreed on a date to start. This was important because I had to come from out of town to be present for the work. In the end I probably didn’t have to do this because Gerardo and his team did excellent work and helpful with suggestions throughout the job. The house was over a hundred years old so I knew there would be issues to deal with. Gerardo and his partner did an excellent job of helping me understand what adjustments I might want to do to accomplish my expectations for our finished roof. His team did an excellent job and worked skillfully and independently when Gerardo had to be away for material errands and such. They kept the job site very clean while working and were fastidious in picking up waste materials and especially errant nails. The two days he was on site for our roof he was there 5 minutes before 8 o’clock each day. Some of his guys were even there a half hour early. We very much appreciated his timeliness as it is so hard to find today. I will be doing additional work with Gerardo and his associates in the future. I can highly recommend Gerardo, his team and have already recommended to others.

I put out a project request on Yelp, and they matched me with 6 roofers. Alliance was the best price for the scope of work. They did my entire roof, and everything was superbly done. I highly recommend them. The process was easy. I needed my roof redone quickly. I put out the request on Monday. Gerardo had my quote on Wednesday. I accepted the contract on Thursday. They came out Saturday, and I had a new roof by that evening. The day of the installation, Gerardo kept me updated with pictures, and let me know about any plywood that needed to be changed. They cleaned up to the point that you couldn't even tell they were there. I am rarely at my own home, and Gerardo was very easy to schedule with. He met me before and after the job, and answered every question. Even though you see it every day, no one is going to remember a roof, but you will remember how people treated you. Alliance Roofing & Repair treated me fantastic.

Alliance Roofing & Repair has done several jobs at our lakefront home in NC. The workmanship is top notch, their pricing is competitive, and the attention to detail is impressive! Throughout the projects, Gerardo was always very communicative. He wants to make sure his customers are 100% satisfied. To date, Gerardo has performed 3 major jobs at our home: 1) installed a new roof on the boathouse, which included replacing rotten plywood and rebuilding my deteriorated weather vane. His crew repainted all the trim and doors as well. 2) replaced the multi-leveled roof on our three story home after some significant storm damage. 3) identified and replaced rotten cedar siding on my home, then primed & painted, and coordinated the installation of seamless gutters.
